Broken noses

Recently, during an IT class, a friend of mine punched another friend of mine in the nose benting it into the side and pushing the nose inside the skull making it to bleed both outside and a little bit in the inside. There was blood on the floor and my friend was laying down until the paramedics came to take him to the 'Urgent center' AKA one of the most ugliest hospitals in Europe and the biggest one in Serbia. About a few days later, Serge Ibaka from OKC accidentally hit LeBron James with his elbow. LeBron fell on his knees and you could see blood pouring from his nose onto the wooden floor. Now he looks like BATMAN!!! #OMGYOLOSWAGMONEY420BLAZEITPRICKINDASTICKSWAGBOY123... Laters.

HTML...-ing

Since i was 8, i have wanted to be a programmer, a video game developer. When i was even younger, believe it or not, i did some work in 3DMax. Of course, those were just simple shapes being modified. Now, when i finally have some knowledge that i needed for knowing programming languages, i can start. I wanted to start in JavaScript, but the thing was that i needed a bit of elementary knowledge from HTML. HTML is a web designing program, it doesn't involve binary numbers and digits, those are only for networking stuff. Some people think of HTML as CSS. CSS is a presentation language, it's an addon to the HTML experience. With HTML you can create your own website or domain that you pay for (i think). It can be pretty complicated sometimes, but when you get into it, it all starts to make sense. When you learn a code and its basics, you will probably have to understand what that code is for perfectly, otherwise you won't know how to use it. That's all. I'll be writing maybe a review soon. Well, there goes my second source of entertainment...

You know what happends with a Chinese battery charger when you try to plug it in that thing that looks like a piggy nose? Yerp, it breaks. I plugged it in, appearently, with more power than i should (don't judge me, i got a lot of power in my hands, i usually use more power than i should :P ). Now, in this country you can't find those chargers anywhere, because INTEX (the company i have the tablet from) don't sell their shit here. And no, i didn't imply racism... It's obvious that the Chinese make cheap stuff. I won't be writing as much as before for a month or two and i also won't be coming on the net... I won't be writing that many reviews as before, and i certainly won't be writing any tomorrow or today. Oh and BTW, you know that feeling when every girl you have a crush on has a boyfriend... Yeh, it sucks. Anyways dudes, i'll talk to you all soon, hopefully :P. Laters.

An even wilder wild West - Red Dead Redemption REVIEW

NOTE: I played this game a long time ago, but i remember what it can offer. I'll probably forget to say something important, but don't hate me 'cause of that.

Huge worlds of our past, BC, AD, Medieval, the New Age etc. All of those ages have been shown in video games, but Red Dead Redemption takes the cake. Rockstar games has been famous for their ability to show the real life in a certain era, and they have made sure that they do it best. RDR is a primary example of what a postapocalyptical story should be.
PRESENTATION
You're John Marston, once a member of a gang after they left him to die. Now, his goal is to find his wife and son and kill the 'old friends'. It took me about 10-12 hours to finish the campaign and boy did i have fun.
A lot of missions have an interesting structure and hardly any mission looks even a tiny bit alike some mission before. As you progress, you get emotionally attached and when you see some of your favourite characters die, you start to wish you didn't play that mission. RDR is a game about how life looked back at the beginning of the 1900s, at the time before the Mexican revolution and when the cannibals roamed a lot. The creepiness of the situation sometimes is big, a long with the backround music that plays and scary found objects such as human bodyparts, strange blood puddles etc. Some missions with shooting have some badass music like the 'Triggernometry' also found in the game's launch trailer. Many enemies hold guns, and you level up as you kill them. There are a lot of repeaters, rifles, revolvers and even mounts such as horses, cows and wild piggies. Needless to say, you probably won't even try out all of the guns in the game before you finish the campaign. You have infinite horses, if your horse dies, you can get another one by just pressing one button. the thing is, not all horses have the same stamina bar, some have a smaller one, some have a bigger one that also drains slower. Taking out gangs in various locations (canyons, buildings, forts etc.) you level up, gain loot and money. You can sell the loot for some cash and with that cash you buy ammo, upgrades and mounts. Money from multiplayer goes to the campaign.
GRAPHICS
2010 and the game still looks badass, makes even GTA V tremble. The level of detail is really high. The lighting effects are astounding! Just a beautiful game.
MULTIPLAYER
You choose your own character that you will be free roaming with, killing players with etc. You cannot customize his apparel, but there are a lot of characters to choose from. You level up the same as in the campaign, by taking out gang hideouts, killing bounties and gaining loot. You can also create a posse and invite other players to play through the gang hideout with you.
THE VERDICT
The best Wild West based game on the market. A truly wonderful experience, never really though R* San Diego would create a masterpiece like Red Dead Redemption. 10/10. For more reviews, check out my blog. Laters.

The never-ending world - STAR WARS: The Old Republic REVIEW

Many MMOs come out in free2play form, and they barely last for a few months while the developers invest thousands (and sometimes even millions) of dollars into its developement. Most of those games are unfinished, unpolished and crude. SWToR is a great exception. After being in developement for almost 8 years, this massive game has been released, firstly in pay2play form, after shifted to free2play.
PRESENTATION/MULTIPLAYER
The game has two big factions' the Republic and the Sith, and i'm guessing a lot of people know which is which. There are no level restrictions, you just play untilmyou reach a certain level, but a lot of the available items can only be bought with real world cash, and they can be pretty damn expensive. The world is consisted out of 10-12 sub-worlds. Sub-world that you spawn in vary depending on your character and faction. I you choose to be a member of the Sith, you can perhaps choose a class and spawn on a ship in Space. I chose to be a Republican, a trooper to be more accurate and i spawned in a world where there are only troopers. The campaign is pretty long, might take you 20-30 hours to complete if you are free2play, but technically it doesn't stop there. After that you have PVP arena fights to participate in, all sorts of monsters to kill, you might even not explore the world completely after you end the campaign... Basically it's like WoW with guns, lightsabers and starships. Starships can be obtained somewhere after you reach level 16. Till then you will spend most of your time looting enemy bodies in search for credits, armor and other items that can be sold to a street vendor. Mission structures are sometimes a pain in the ass. You go to a dungeon, you kill some scavengers and you get to your checkpoint... After you finish what you had to, you now have to go all the way back to the mission source (the person that gave you that mission to complete) but you have to fight the goons again, not to mention if there get to be more than 5 of them each time. Skills and powers are learnt by talking to a trainer. Learning each skill costs credits, so do the upgrades. If you get to a part that you cannot go through, you should get a companion to come with you, they have way more firepower than you, the same health amount as you and whenever you start to heal, they heal along with you. If you die, you get two choices, the first is to get revived and get back into battle, while the second one is to get revived and be sent to the nearest medical camp. Getting revived after dying doesn't lose you any items, which is awesome, considering that it's a F2P game we're talking about.
GRAPHICS
SWToR looks great for a huge MMO game. The graphics can look like the ones from SW: The clone wars sometimes, or at least remind of it. A big flaw is that the game is poorly optimized. I have a two times stronger GPU than the one the official system reqs website for the game, a two times stronger CPU, two times more RAM, but the game still lags and stutters, even on lower settings than medium. Also, remember that you need a really fast internet connection (500kb/s) is recommended.
THE VERDICT
SWToR is one of the best MMO's i've ever played. It absolutely beats WoW. I give this game a 8.2 for it being really fun, but also for being poorly optimized and sometimes a bit too nerve wrecking. For more reviews, check out my blog. Laters.

'Stalking' Angela

I was surfing the net before bedtime and when i went onto 9GAG to see if there's anything new, i saw an image that had over 15000 followers and 2000 comments. The image was about an infamous app called 'Talking Angela'. From the devs of 'Talking Tom' this game is a bit too inappropriate, one way or another. The question is, is this app the front door to a pedophile ring, or is it just plain creepy. It surely is hard to understand why Outfit7 would even be putting this game as suitable for children while the main in-game character can ask you questions such as 'do ypu have friends, what's your name, have you ever been on a date'. It's painfully ridiculous and absurd, but it may be possible that there is someone watching your every move via that front camera right there on your phone/tablet. I downloaded the app yesterday to see what's going on (don't worry, i hid both of my device cameras while using the app). When i first entered, the apo asked me whether i want to turn child mode on. Child mode is a function that keeps the chat box off. Via the chat box, Angela/maybe someone else sends you messages, gramatically correct messages that don't really seem that were written by a dumb human pedobear. I turned child moden on, nothing special happened, then i turned it off and the chaos began. I started to realize why people got so scared. The messages i received (and many other users) were pervy, inappropriate (especially inappropriate for children under the age of 13), but it surely was just a brain farter. I also realized that the bot i was talking to is programmed to answer your questions, talk to you, understand you, give you some sort of a self-confidence boost etc. Pedophiles can't type fast, they're probably not on the other side. It may be, but that is a really, really, really low chance, that they are watching you, but not also typing to you. After just 20-30 minutes, i deleted the app, got bored of it because it sucked anyway. There are also rumours that you can see older guys through Angela's eyes, but i think that is ridiculous and would need a lot more processor power than your tablet/phone has. Would i allow this to my children (if i had any lol)? Nope. Sometimes i just wonder why people create games like these where it's easy to switch between safe and normal mode. This should have been made for adults only. Anyways, you can download the app and nothing will happen to your device, because Google Play/iOS store would have removed it already if it had some sort of malware inside. The stories about police investigating the app and a girl missing because of the app are probably false, the poor girl probably went missing after being followed by a guy. Hope this helps. Laters.

Your typical pay2lookcool - Blacklight: Retribution REVIEW

We all love free2play games, but all of them gotta have some flaws, right? Ghost Recon Online, NFS Online etc. Blacklight: Retribution is a free2play game developed by Perfect World. It stands out as one of the best F2P shooters i've played in a while, but it certainly gets on my nerves sometimes.
PRESENTATION/MULTIPLAYER
As most of the F2P games out there, B:R is a game that contains only multiplayer. It's filled with guns, attachments, equipment and some other customizations. It almost got into Steam workshop, but the devs strictly kept the imagination for themselves. As soon as you start, you can go through a short tutorial. After that you receive some items that last forever. Most of the items can be bought to last for a period of time, most of them cost a lot, and when you look at the price for permanent use of an item, you will be shocked, but it does make sense. There are absolutely zero hackers and cheaters in the game, but there are a lot of people that use the P2LookCool (AKA Pay2Win) method. It may be a little bit harder to kill pay2winners, and most of them don't really know how to play. Loads of guns to buy, loads of heroes to buy (BTW they cost a fortune). After only a few hours of playtime, i earned enough GP (the in-game currency) to buy myself a new gun for permanent use. Of course, the same thing applies for attachments, where some cost more than a high powered shotgun. Safe to say, if you wanna buy a gun, you'll need hard work, but playing Blacklight is like playing a F2P CoD, so a lot of players will get used to it. Loading times are very short.
GRAPHICS
B:R looks cool, but its optimization is weak. My PC meets the minimum system reqs, but i still cannot run the game on higher settings than the lowest. Still, the game looks badass, and i cannot complain against it.
THE VERDICT
B:R is one the best F2P shooters out there. It gets way less attention than it should. I give this F2P FPS game a 8.3/10 for its dynamic gameplay, strategy and fun. For more reviews, check out my blog. Laters.

The 90s called, they want their voice loops back - Rambo: The video game REVIEW

NOTE: I didn't buy this game due to it being criticized a lot before it came out. At least i my friend was one of the only ones to pre-order this game, so when he tried it, he lent it to me. Rest assured, i'll try to be the most positive as i can, as this game may seem as the next Day One: Garry's Incident, but it surely isn't.

Games that look suckish when they are firstly announced, usually come in a big package, wiyh improved gameplay, graphics engine etc. Rambo: TVG is a clear example of the opposite. The developers (Teyon and Reef studios, two rookie developement studios) have shown that they have indeed watched Rambo movies, but only when they had to.
PRESENTATION
The most likely thing to happen is something from the movie, but in this game that fails too. Sure, the beginning is a bit better explained, but why do other things happen, you might never find out. You're Rambo, a commandos in Vietnam who kills about 120 Vietnamese soldiers in one level. The entire level structure is bogus, soldiers just come in and shoot, and yes, they miss. PC gamers will have way more advantage. I used my mouse and 95% of my kills were headshots, not to mention because the soldiers just stand in one place not giving a damn about you blowing their heads off. I also forgot to mention that Rambo: TVG is a rail shooter with neat transition mechanics that would go great with an Android OS game (Gun Club 3 for ex.). Practically, you can just see some movement without any jumping over obstacles, just soft flying through the air (if you understand me). Voice acting is good, the lip syncing is, obviously, not. Voice acting is great because the devs took the voices from the movie and put them into the game, and boy, do they sound awful, absolutely no effort whatsoever in rendering those voices into being HQ. At least i did find some levels amusing, until they ended, which was a common thing. The campaign barely lasts for 5-6 hours, and those are only just shooting enemies with headshots with true ease. During every level, you use the same elememtary and secondary, there's no way to pick up other's guns. However, it's not like you have no choice, at the beginning of every level, you choose which guns you will carry. I also found amusing the blood splash due to enemy soldiers exploding on critical hits. Whenever you kill a significant amount of enemies, you reach a so called 'Rambo mode' in which you gain 1/4 of your current health bar by killing an enemy WITH AN INSTA-KILL.
GRAPHICS
The game runs on a so called 'Potato Engine (3)', and it looks bad, very bad. It's also weird that, in order to play this game, you need DirectX10 support, a Core 2 Duo processor with 2.83 GHz of strenght and a 512 MB GPU! It's bullocks! The entire game looks awful, plays averagelly and still needs a strong PC!? Best PC optimization 2014!
MULTIPLAYER
Brick.
THE VERDICT
Rambo: The video game is a rare example of stupidity among the game developers. The game gets the hate, we ruin it more. I give this game a 4/10 because it simply does have exploding soldiers in both slow-mo and normal-mo and because i find rail shooters amusing for some weird reason. Call of Duty on steroids - Crysis 2 REVIEW

Crysis or Crisis? Definitely Crysis, because the game was developed by Crytek in the first place. Crytek's CryEngine has been out there for a long time, and it managed to impress many people with its stunning capabilities. The best thing about the engine is that it is PC sided - meaning that it looks best on PC. Crysis 2 is a fine example of that, but some wounds still haven't been healed from Crysis, but they also aren't that crucial.
PRESENTATION
You are Alcatraz, a US Navy soldier who is in a submarine during the alien attack on New York City. He gets saved by P.R.O.P.H.E.T., a guy in a nanosuit capable of destroying vast areas and taking down enemies silently by being invisible. Alcatraz gets hold of the nanosuit without a reasonable explanation, but as you progress through the story you finally get the point. Mission maps are huge, and every mission has at least 2-3 observation points. Observation points are places from which you can overlook the place that will soon be crawling with the dead bodies of your enemies. There are usually more than 3 ways to complete the mission part. You can, at most times, choose to sneak or to go all in, to refill ammo and flank etc. Some missions can be completed in your own way, by combining different tactics. Going in in different ways doesn't really determine the ending of the story, instead it just judges how much health you lose, and it's painfully obvious that the more stealthy approach takes less health away than in, well, the other given choices of approach. Missions in Crysis 2 are mostly focused on you being a lone wolf and killing dozens and dozens of soldiers before you get to the specified location, which is fine, but doesn't feauture anything but that. There is no more max ammo power, like in Crysis 1 where you get maximum ammo when the power is turned on, but you still have nanovision which is cool. The game also has a dynamic way of weapon customizing. During the campaign, you can use a special menu for adding silencers, scopes, sights etc. The same is done with Nanosuit upgrades. Upgrades are bought with catalyst, a liquid that aliens drop into the air when they die. Every pick-up is 100 hand catalyst, and upgrades go for 200 to even 10000 hand catalyst. Crysis 2 has some impressive AI, however they can sometimez glitch into the ground or in a barricade and become invincible for a reason. Overall, the campaign is decent, well-lenghtened and polished.
GRAPHICS
Crysis 2 was and still is one of the most beautiful games out there, believe it or not. You wanna play this game? All you need is a Dual Core processor of any kind with a strenght of 2GHz and a GPU with 512MB RAM and you're homefree.
MULTIPLAYER
Multiplayer matches can be ranked, unranked, classic, standard. Classic matches are games that don't give you the ability to have powers, while standard is the opposite. The leveling and the equipment system is similiar to the one in CoD MW2/MW3, you level up - you get callsigns AKA dog tags with images on them. As you level up your weaponry, you get new unlock tokens for either guns or attachments. Your powers can also be leveled up (maximum level is 12). Overall, a CoD multiplayer on extazy.
THE VERDICT
Crysis 2 is one of the most beatiful FPS games of all time. I give this game a 9/10. For more reviews, check out my blog. Laters.

3 game reviews coming...

I bought 2 Crysis 2 and Just Cause 2 last weekend, and i've had MW3 sitting on my game shelf since it came out. I'll be writing reviews of the mentioned games above, and all of them will hopefully be on the blog in just a few days, but i'm not promising anything. I started working in JavaScript, after that i think i'll jump into some HTML-ing. Laters.

The grand controversy - Violence in video games

Before 1996, violence in video games wasn't so common. Blood was pixelated, could be barely described as blood, there were no psychic actions. In 1996-1997 a company called BMG Interactive announced a video game called 'Race 'n' Chase'. The name was soon to be changed into Grand Theft Auto, and after the public had seen what the game had to offer, complaints started to fly in. Jack Thompson, an activist, a lawyer, started a campaign against GTA and its violence. The game feautured free roaming around 1980s London with liberty to run over people and shoot them with lethal weapons (yes, that was how it went). GTA 2 was released soon after, and the pain was even bigger, but so was the profit. Thompson didn't give up. A few murders happened at the time, both were connected to the GTA games because the murderer was a GTA player. However, the charges on BMG were dropped, and Thompson lost another battle. In 2001 GTA III came out with its publisher being the newly formed Rockstar games. GTA III was criticized because it came out at the time of the 9/11 accident. People didn't want to play the game because it would remind them of the disaster. Lets go a few years forward. Manhunt, a jarringly weird experience that many people saw as a curse, but, it was developed to show the real life in those certain circumstances. Nobody wanted to play a game where you play as a psychotic killer in a psychic hospital being burnt down by its inmates, but on the other side, the game sold well. What was even weirder was the fact that the White House demanded the sequel of the game to be taken off the video game store shelves, so it happened, but it didn't last long until the game was back. Rockstar was off the hook again. Now, the main point, do video games really affect us, can we become more violent because of video games? The latest studies show that we cannot become more violent than we are now if we play violent video games. My opinion is: No, we cannot become more violent, we can only become more spoilt. Laters.

NBA All-Star weekend has ended...

I was in for the East! They lost last year, but i didn't watch the last night game, it was too late. Now, if you're wondering why i chose East in the first place, it's because in the Western conference i only cheer for (if you could say it like that) Griffin and Durant, while on the East it's Rose, Wade, Rondo, G. Hill, P. George, Anthony Davis etc. I'll be writing some more soon. Laters.

LA Confidential in a video game - LA Noire REVIEW

You may have never heard of Team Bondi. Team Bondi was a studio under the leadership of Rockstar games. They were responsible for some fragments of the previous Max Payne games, and now they have created LA Noire. The studio bankrupted due to small sales of the game, not because of its overall quality.
THE PRESENTATION
Cole Phelps, a late 40s LAPD cop who has a look of a 40s - 50s average guy and with a voice of a badass is the main pratagonist. The storyline is consisted out of many cases, each has to last for at least 20-30 minutes, but there are some that take much more of your spare time. The thing i liked the most about LA Noire is that the game was never boring, every single part of it is interesting, brings tension, clues, the curiosity behind the victims etc. Every case goes about the same way, you go from the Central Police station, you get to the crime scene, you investigate, you call the police phone operator to get license plates/names/locations, you go to multiple locations, you interrogate multiple suspects and you maybe get into a shootout. It may seem boring, but it's never the same, so it's far away from boring. The game has a brand new face expression engine. During every interrogation in which you use the clues you find around a desired location, you overwatch the suspects face as he/she makes a face that adds up to him/her either lying/telling the truth or not getting enough info. Based on how you see the story of the suspect, you can decide and use either truth/doubt or lie decisions. Every decision affects the further time and effort of the ongoing case. Clues are also a big part. Throughout locations, as mentioned before, you find clues, such as objects, locations, notes, documents etc. Clues are mostly used as an ability to interrogate someone or to prove that someone is lying and affect the final verdict of the case. Cases can be done badly and well. If you do the case as you're supposed to (meaning you find almost all of the clues and you get most of the interrogations right) you get a certain number of starts to determind whether you solved the case or not. Keep it in mind that interrogations and case closes don't really affect the ending of the game. Voice acting is the best i've seen, and with the flawless lip syncing, it can't get any better. On almost all of the cases, you are with a partner, and you can always choose whether you will drive or he will. Partner driving means that the way to the destination will be skipped and possible random crime events will be disabled. Even with the ride skipping, the game has a strong temptation to give you a campaign worth every minute of your time.
THE GRAPHICS
The 1940s/1950s Los Angeles looks far beyond beautiful. The atmosphere is cool, the cars look detailed and sweet. When finding and analyzing documents and notes, the textures will take your attention as they look like they are on a high end PC even though you're playing on the lowest settings.
THE MULTIPLAYER
LA Noire has no multiplayer and it doesn't need one, because it's mostly focused on discoveries and crime, not shooting. Although, it would be nice if a trouble in terrorist town game mode would exist.
THE VERDICT
LA Noire is one of the most beautiful, most detailed and one of the best driven stories ever made. The story in the game is unforgettable, and will not leave you hanging. I give this masterpiece a 10/10. Good job Bondi, if only you guys still existed. For more game reviews, check out my blog. Laters.

Flappy Bird!

Ah, it may be late, buuut i guess i should start talking about it now. Flappy Bird, the enjoyment of almost 60 million users for the past few weeks... I enjoyed it myself too, but i only played it while at school, and by some miracle my highscore was 45. Yesterday (it was supposed to be a few days ago) the game was taken down from all of the virtual 'legal' stores, and yesh, everyone is sad! I'm not... I still have it on my tablet, and the game is available on android piracy sites, so why da fuq bother, right? The game was reviewed by a few critic websites, and it mostly got decent scores. IGN's Vince Ingenito was kind of harsh on the game, he gave it a 5,4 i think, which is really low. I think a 6.5-7 would be enough, because mobile games today are mostly focused on addiction, right? Some people liked this game, some didn't. The weird things are that the game came out in May last year, took the world by storm in January, ended its life a few weeks after the explosion and now Dong Nguyen (the guy behind the game... That is correct, ONE GUY! Most of the people think he's better than Notch, the guy behind Minecraft!) is facing death threats on his Twitter from raging little kids and no brains... Why da fuq complain if your game is still on your device!? Anyways, i played LA Noire, be back soon with a review of it and with the review of Bully: Scolarship Edition. Lateeeers.

LA Noire review coming soon... Hopefully

I've been busy with school, i barely had the time to go through Max Payne 3 (officially one of my most favourite games of all time, along with Uncharted 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction, RDR, GTA IV). LA Noire is next on my review list, so it's basically going to be a Rockstar games review marathon because i've mostly been reviewing Rockstar's games. I'm also thinking about getting Bully: Scholarship edition because everyone has played it, except for me. LA Noire review will, maybe, be coming in a few days, and Bully hopefully a short time after. The epic transition - Max Payne 3

I didn't really play MP games in the past, but when i saw MP3, i couldn't wait to buy it. Max Payne 3 will leave you fulfilled after every bullet timed kill you make, and it might not make sense, but it will also make you want more after a certain time.
PRESENTATION
You're Max Payne, a guy who has to bodyguard the host and his daughter at a party in Sao Paolo. The things go bad when Brazillian terrorists (or extremists) kidnap the host's daughter. After this, Max has to go over huge areas in order to find Branco's daughter. In previous MP games, quicktime events and bullet time events were common, so are now. The game looks amazing in slow motion, especially if you shoot glass, or enemies and you see the blood splatter on the floor. You can always perform a bloody execution on the last enemy of the pack, and you may fire as much bullets as you want before you empty your magazine, after which, you won't be able to recognize the body no more. The game has some elements of Stranglehold and Total Overdose (even though those two games took something out of Max Payne too). The voice acting is great, and i really liked the action soundtracks. Quick time events are not based on button tapping in a certain number of seconds, but are based on you killing the enemies from in almost impossible position in slow motion, which is awesome. Enemy AI behaves well, even though the game runs on the same engine as GTA IV and RDR (played on easy difficulty). A very important factor in this game is screen transitioning. When the game starts going to a cutscene (or is already in a cutscene) the screen gets divided in two parts (one is dynamic, one is a screenshot of what happened last at the moment the screen got divided) and gives the game a fair look.
THE GRAPHICS
Some people might say that the game looks dated, but it doesn't, even on the lowest settings, it shines! The thing i like the most about MP3 graphics is the blood, which made me want to eat jelly.
MULTIPLAYER
There are about 6-8 game modes, and an option for creating crews, leveling, connecting to RDR stats, and inserting the crews there.
THE VERDICT
Max Payne 3 keeps up the rhytm with its fast paced action and dynamics. I give Max and his great adventure a 10, the game simply is over the top! For more reviews, check out my blog. Laters.

Press 'F' to say 'fuck' - Rogue Warrior

A lot of games make non-gamers ask why we play video games. One of those games is Rogue Warrior, a game from Bethesda and Rebellion studios, created within one month in order to get some extra cash. It's no wonder it sucks, most of the games that have the word 'rogue' in its title are bad, the game would have even been better off with 'naughty' put in the title!
PRESENTATION
You are Richard Marcinko, a US soldier deployed in Korea to do some work. After a helicopter landing and a Korean baddie blowing up the entire thing ridiculously, everyone except Richard die, and Marcinko only has to say 'Fuck this shit, i wanna kill some commies' (a commy - a communist soldier with a rough meaning). There are absolutely no emotions to this whatsoever, and believe it or not, the story of the 2 hour long campaign lasts for 2 hours! And it costs 20 dollars! The story also retells a real life story of Richard Marcinko (he's a real life guy, but after this game, i wouldn't wanna be in his shoes). Before you waste your 2 hours on going through the game, you will encounter dozens and dozens of Korean soldiers turned so they cannot see you. It's really easy to take them out, and there's ONE good thing (i said ONE, not TWO, the ONLY good thing about this garbage shit game) and that is that the stealth take outs are interesting and there are mire than one to see, but the victims oftenly glitch out, so not all of them are neat. The enemy AI is so dumb, that they won't even notice you if they see you, if you run, if you shoot into the sky. The only time they will notice you will be when you send a small piece of iron into their heads (or into their bodies). Whenever i killed an enemy, Richard would say plenty of words that contain the word 'fuck'. At this point, the game isn't serious, it's really funny, especially because Richard's voice is lumpy. 'Fuck this, fuck that, fuckidy fucky fuck, fucking commy, fucking dick ass fucking soldiers' etc.

Brick.
MULTIPLAYER
Apsolutely no one playing the multiplayer, no servers either. Fuckidy fucking servers!
THE VERDICT
I think that Bethesda and Rebellion wanted to make us all laugh with this release, they probably didn't even invest more than 5k dollars into it. I give this 'fuck' a 2/10 because it actually has got a combat system. For more reviews, check out my blog.

The true comission - Mafia II

Tne Godfather has proven itself to be one of the best movies ever made and also it has a neat game following its story, pretty much. Mafia II could be compared to 'Godfather the game' but it sure wouldn't be coming out as a winner.
PRESENTATION
You are Vito Scaletta, a guy who came to Empire Bay (a recreation of 50s New York City) when he was only 6-7 years old. After 15 years, he got into crime business and got arrested while robbing a store with his friend, Joe Barbara. After he had been arrested, he was recruited to serve in the front lines of the US Army invading the island of Sicily. Soon after he goes back home as a war hero (of some sort) and finds out a lot of debts have to be payed. The campaign is 7-8 hours long after playing on normal difficulty and if you decide to go through it again (which i don't doubt you will) you will finish it in under than 6 hours. The campaign is consisted out of many chapters that usually end by Vito going back home to bed. It just is really boring to go back home to bed at the end of every chapter, after which in the next one you wake up with a phone ringing (the most usual situation). There are missions that may get you off your chair, but there's just few of them that you barely notice them. The story is interesting but watching Vito do his nonsensical animations of intercation is just pure dullness, mainly because most of them cannot be skipped and don't really show Vito doing anything else except for moving his hands around. The end-of-the-40s and 50s atmosphere is cool and has a nice touch, the pedestrians have fashionable clothes, old cars... 2K has really outdone themselves when it comes to the atmosphere. The voice acting is nice and neat, but some of it is just plain stupid and nonsensical. Some cutscenes just end in silly ways with Vito just freely walking out and not really caring about Leo Galante being shot by Henry, or sad scenes where Vito kind of reminds of a badass. It may sound like from an Italian gangster movie, but it's not. Enemy AI and friendly AI can fail a lot sometimes, enough for you to fail your mission. I was once following Luca in his fast car and while i was getting on the expressway, he crashed into a car and didn't move, and after a few seconds i got a mission-failed-screen saying that Luca didn't reach his destination, kinda makes you think that the devs wanted to troll you. If i would, for example jump of a not-so-high ledge, i would fall and lose a lot of my health.
GRAPHICS
The faces of the main characters looked washed and muddy, while the city and the vehicles look nice and clean.
MULTIPLAYER
Brick.
THE VERDICT
I liked Mafia II, even though it has some issues, it still fairly delivers most of what it promised. 5 years in development and a game like Mafia II is a nice buy, but if you don't like all-around-action games, stay away from this game. I give Mafia II an 8/10 because of its clumsiness and a cliffhanger ending that we mind never get to see the ending of, considering that there won't be Mafia III because 2k Czech is falling apart. AFK

I had work to do, i had a bit to study, i had some stuff to take care of. I'll be writing a review of Mafia II, one of the most underrated games ever made, but still a rememberable one. Laters.

Two games, two diamonds, one score - Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City

THE BALLAD OF GAY TONY

PRESENTATION
Rockstar has brought us another DLC for their best selling game, GTA IV. It brings almost everything that the original and TLaD didn't have and puts in a lot more fun. You are Luis Lopez, a guy whose life is based on being the personal security guard of an 80s-90s nightlife and culture icon, Tony 'Gay' Prince. The game indeed is the only game with the word 'gay' in it, and it has been banned in several countries because of it. Luis, however, isn't in need of cash, his job is to protect Tony as he drags them into chaos, explosions, craziness, booze etc. I had a lot of fun completing the missions, a lot of them feautured much more action than the original, more weapons, cars, while the graphics stay the same. Most of the mission cutscenes feauture something funny, but mostly childish funny. You can get drunk anytime, you can dance, have a champagne drink-off, kick guys out of clubs, destroy trains and planes (in one mission). One of my favourite story characters is Yusuf Amir. He may seem like a bad dude, but he's cool, and he loves his origin country too. You can still run into choic-made missions where you choose if you want to kill the guy or spare him, but that isn't that often as in the original.
GRAPHICS
Same as GTA IV.
MULTIPLAYER
TBoGT has a slightly better multiplayer than GTA IV, and that is only because of parachutes, APCs and Buzzards. On the weaker side, many of the old game modes have been suspended, like NOOSE, Cops and Robbers etc. There were also triathlons, but they were removed. If you play on the PC, you can use a trainer that will boost your fun.
THE VERDICT
TBoGT is something that GTA IV should have been like. It has few improvements, like added objects and map textures, vehicles and weapons. I give Luis Lopez and his adventure a 9.5.
THE LOST AND DAMNED

PRESENTATION
GTA TLaD is the first DLC Rockstar released for GTA IV. It seems as they just wanted a brand new campaign, whilst everything else stays the same. You are Johnny Klebitz, a gang member of an Alderney chopper gang called 'The Lost MC'. The gang needs cash, and since its founder, Billy Grey, is back, they can go and hunt down the two million dollar diamonds. Almost immediately you are encountered with enemies, and your ammo magazines start to get empty. Brand new vehicles like the burrito, brand new choppers (bikes) are added, while new weapons such as the double barrelled shotgun and the automatic shotgun. I enjoyed the campaign quite a bit, but not all missions were as good as in the original.
GRAPHICS
Same as in GTA IV, with added screen effects that make the entire screen look like a TV reception that is missing a cable, which is a nice touch.
MULTIPLAYER
Multiplayer is the same as in GTA IV, which is cool, for people that actually liked the old multiplayer, but having nothing added in it just makes us go back to the good old original.
THE VERDICT
GTA TLaD is a copy when it comes to multiplayer and a solid storyline driven campaign, well, when it comes to the campaign of course. I give this DLC an 8.5.

GTA EFLC - THE VERDICT
The entire project is a blast. Two games for a price of one? Very cool! More added content, and you will probably try to go through both games' campaigns a few times and you will probably waste 30-40 hours on their gorgeous multiplayers. I give this Rockstar-Humble-Bundle a 9.2/10. For more game reviews, check out my blog. Laters.
